Shipping and returns
At the moment, we ship to all countries in the EU, to Norway, to Switzerland and to the UK.
Please note, that the final purchase price may change when you enter your delivery address. Please note, that at the moment, we offer only standard and priority shipping.
FINLAND
For Finland, we provide free shipping on all purchases of 38€ and over. For orders under 38€ you will be able to select a shipping rate of your own choice.
Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery.
Please note: if your chosen pick up point is full, our partner courier may change your pick up point. You'll receive this info along with your notice to pick up you order.
OTHER EU COUNTRIES
For EU countries we provide free shipping on all orders of 58€ and above.
On orders below 58€, you'll be given standard and priority shipping options at check out.
For EU countries please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
We use GLS for deliveries in the EU.
NORWAY, SWITZERLAND AND THE UK
For Norway, Switzerland and the UK we provide free shipping on all orders over 58€.

For Norway, Switzerland and the UK please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We use GLS for deliveries in these countries.
Norway: Please note, that Laponie will not cover any customs or duties on your order.

We have a 30 day returns policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
If you wish to make a return, please email us at customercare(at)laponieskincare.com and we will give you instructions for your return.
Non-faulty items
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, your original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Your original skipping cost will also be deducted from your refund if the value of your order at the time of purchase has exceeded the free shipping limit (38€ in Finland and 58€ in the rest of the EU) but after a refund is below the free shipping limit.
Faulty items
Please notify us of any defects or damages immediately upon reception or as soon as you notice any defect or damage. If you wish to exchange your faulty product for a new one or claim a refund, please send us an email at customercare(at)laponieskincare.com along with a picture of your faulty item.
Exchanging products
We can only exchange damaged or faulty products.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email, usually within a maximum 3 days from ordering.
When your order is available for pickup or is out for delivery, you will be notified by respective courier. Please note, that should you fail to pick up or receive your order, we will issue a refund and deduct the cost of return shipping from your purchase. Please contact customercare@laponieskincare.com for any inquiries.
If you fail to pick up your order, your order will be returned to us. We will issue a refund, and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
- Matkahuolto: the cost of shipping return is 7,87€ (prices for Finland).
- Posti: the cost of shipping return is 13,52€ (prices for Finland).
- DB Schenker: the cost of shipping return is 6,23€ (prices for Finland).
- GLS for outside of Finland: the cost of shipping return is calculated according to the country of destination.
Yes. At check out enter the delivery address of the person to whom you are sending your gift. Please note, at this moment we are unable to provide gift wrapping. You can also purcase a gift card here
