Laponie's Acne Booster Set de-clogs, purifies and balances acne-prone, inflamed and broken out sensitive and problem skin, without drying out or irritating skin. It's great for tackling uneven and oily skin, too, and great for malassezia (fungal acne) and seborrhea. 

Our Gentle Exfoliating Essence is a light leave-on gel on to renew, exfoliate and soothe sensitive and problem skin effectively and gently, without disturbing the skin’s protective barrier and without drying skin. It contains gluconolactone at a 10% level, which is  a gentle and effective alternative to glycolic acid, and does not cause irritation and redness. Plant-based glycerin hydrates and betaine from Finnish sugar beets repairs the skin barrier. Skin is left feeling soft and smooth, with more glow and without irritation. 

The light Purifying Serum tackles excess oiliness, inflammation, breakouts and congestion with ectoin and copper and zinc PCA in a hydrating and soothing oil-free gel-base.

1. Apply 1-3 pumps of Essence to clean, dry skin (or after Balancing Essence Mist).

2. While skin is still damp from Essence, apply Purifying Serum with sweeping motions.

Tip: Follow up with our Light Face Cream to seal in hydration without greasiness or a heavy feel.

How to use this bundle

Exfoliate

Apply 1-3 pumps of Gentle Exfoliating Essence to clean, dry skin (or after Balancing Essence Mist) to problem areas or entire face. Can be used around the eyes.

Purify

Apply 1-3 pumps of Purifying Serum to clean, dry skin (or over Exfoliating Essence while skin is still moist from it) to problem areas or entire face. Can be used around the eyes.

Tips for layering

When layering our serums, it's important to not rub them onto skin, but rather use a sweeping motion. This way the serums won't pill.

Add oil

The Essence and Serum are oil-free, so remember to add oil in some form to lock them in. Try our Face Creams or our Softening Face Oil.

Our owners, CEO Kristina and cosmetic chemist Jaana, formulate all our products in our Helsinki lab, and test them on themselves - both have a long history of sensitive and problem skin.
