In March, if a product causes an unwanted reaction, such as irritation, we’ll compensate you. This sensitivity guarantee is valid for 30 days on purchases made in March.
Please note: Simply not liking a product or feeling e.g. a moisturiser is too light, is not grounds for the guarantee.

OUR TIPS FOR TRYING NEW PRODUCTS ON SENSITIVE & REACTIVE SKIN
1. Try one product at a time.
2. Patch test on the inside of your arm if you are sensitive.
3. Start by using your product just once a day, e.g. in the morning or the afternoon.
HOW TO SHOP WITH THE SENSITIVITY GUARANTEE

Order your product or products of choice, including pre-made routines and sets.

If a certain product causes an unwanted reaction on your skin, e.g. irritation, send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order to customercare@laponieskincare.com and describe your reaction.
3.
We'll compensate the product/products in question. N.B: Simply not liking the product or feeling e.g. a moisturiser is too light, is not grounds for the guarantee.
